The service

Pixeva lets a studio store event photos, match faces, publish galleries, collect uploads, embed albums on a website, and deliver photos on WhatsApp. Features can change as the product is updated. Access is provided to the account we open for you. Public registration is not self-serve.

Your account

You are responsible for the login, for people you allow into the account, and for activity under it. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe the account is being used without permission.

Photos and guests

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload event photos and to deliver them to guests. You are responsible for the content of galleries, welcome images, and messages sent through your account. Do not upload unlawful content, or content you are not allowed to distribute.

Face search and WhatsApp

Face search returns likely matches. It can miss a person or include a similar face, so a studio should treat results as an aid, not a guarantee. WhatsApp delivery depends on credits, the recipient number, and the messaging setup on the account. Listing an album on a studio website is controlled separately and does not turn WhatsApp on or off.

Plans and credits

Storage follows the plan on the account. WhatsApp credit packs are a separate balance. Prices shown at checkout, in Indian rupees, are the prices charged through PayU. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed. Unused plan storage is not transferred as cash. See the Refund Policy for billing errors and failed payments.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service or another studio’s gallery.
• Do not use face search to identify people outside the event you are delivering.
• Do not resell access to the platform as if it were your own software, unless an enterprise agreement says otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep pixeva.in available, especially around events, but maintenance, upstream providers, and network issues can interrupt delivery. We do not promise that every photo will match or that every WhatsApp message will be delivered by a carrier.

Ending access

You may ask us to close an account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts guests at risk, or fails to pay amounts that are due. On closure, galleries stop being served and we delete event data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for payments or legal claims.

Liability

Pixeva is a delivery tool. We are not the photographer of record and we are not a party to the studio’s client contract. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan or credits in the three months before the claim.
